    Leadership In Action

    Leadership-in-action-210x170

    Description

We start the challenge by giving the team a theoretical briefing on what leadership is. We use different theories linked to animals and well known authors on the subject of leadership, creating easy to remember metaphors.

Leadership in this regard is for everyone, everyday and aims to assist the learners to make positive decisions in life. The second part to the challenge we make use of experiential and audio- visual activities to assist the team to fully understand the theoretical part of leadership and to stretch them mentally, individually and in their respective teams. In each of our challenges there are roles and responsibilities for each of the team members. In this challenge the competitive edge needs to be driven by one’s own desire to succeed. This drive along with a good understanding of the challenge, clear cut communication, teamwork, flexibility and thinking outside the box, will ensure success.

This programme has an optional additional section at an additional cost should it be preferred:
Part three to the challenge is a personal growth experience, whereby each individual will fill out a questionnaire that will assist him/her in the following personal development areas:

    1. Communication
    2. Decision-making
    3. Problem solving.
